Simply intense stimulation of the prostate causes the prostate to regularly contract and discharge prostatic fluid, which is a part of the first stage of the ejaculation process (see “What is the physiology of ejaculation”). This process is slightly pleasant, but it does not meet the pleasure of prostate orgasm described in most articles. In terms of the amount of liquid ejected, prostatic fluid accounts for about 10~30% of the semen volume, which is a very small amount and will not bring much pleasure. More than 60% of semen is the seminal vesicle fluid discharged from the seminal vesicles.
