Course Background

Management psychology is a branch of psychological science and a discipline that studies the laws of people's psychological activities in organizational management. As a young discipline based on the reform and development practice of enterprise management, its main task is to explore the psychological basis for improving management work, and to seek various ways and methods to motivate people's psychology and behavior, so as to maximize people's enthusiasm , creativity, improve labor productivity. Its research focuses on specific social psychological phenomena in organizational management, as well as the regularity of specific psychological activities in individuals, groups, organizations, and leaders.

Course Instructor
Professor Zhang: Distinguished Teacher of the School of Lifelong Education, Shanghai Jiao Tong University
Doctor of Applied Psychology from East China Normal University, Director of Psychology Teaching and Research Section and Associate Professor of Psychology at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has served as a special lecturer at Motorola University and a special psychology expert in many media. He is currently a director of the Shanghai Mental Hygiene Society, deputy director of the Psychological Counseling Professional Committee, a director of the Shanghai Psychological Society, a director of the Shanghai University Psychological Counseling Committee, a member of the expert committee, and a special psychological counseling expert of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau. He has more than 20 years of experience in college teaching, psychological counseling, personnel training, personnel assessment, and more than 10 years of corporate training experience.
