Course Background
Management psychology is a branch of psychological science and a discipline that studies the laws of people's psychological activities in organizational management. As a young discipline based on the reform and development practice of enterprise management, its main task is to explore the psychological basis for improving management work, and to seek various ways and methods to motivate people's psychology and behavior, so as to maximize people's enthusiasm , creativity, improve labor productivity. Its research focuses on specific social psychological phenomena in organizational management, as well as the regularity of specific psychological activities in individuals, groups, organizations, and leaders.Course Benefit
