SJTU LEC International Summer School

I. Introduction

The International Summer School (ISS in abbreviation) of Lifelong Education College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU in abbreviation) is mainly designed for SJTU students, students from international universities and high school students. Launched in 2017, ISS aims at enriching students’ summer experience by integrating high-quality teaching resources of top universities during vacation time. In the ISS, students can experience various academic environment offered by different world-class universities.

Each year, during winter and summer vacation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University always warmly welcome professors and students from all over the world to join the summer school, to meet and know each other and to create wonderful and unique memories at SJTU.

* Fee-paying (non-exchange) program held by Lifelong Education College, SJTU.

II. Course Time

2022 July Session: June 27th to July 22nd (4 weeks)

III.  Eligibility

1. SJTU students, students from international universities or high school students

2. Chinese citizens or Non-Chinese citizens

3. Students who are physically and mentally healthy

IV. Curriculum

All the courses are designed to teach in-person and online with a small class size, covering the field of Economics, Business, Social Sciences, Humanities, Mathematics, Natural Sciences and etc. Students are allowed to take 1-3 courses in each session.

*In Person & Online Session: If students wish to mainly join the in-person program but take one or more courses online, they could choose both In-person and Online Session. However, only one course format can be chosen for each course.

V. Application Procedures

1.Register at https://summercourse.sce.sjtu.edu.cn/weben/personal_login.htm. A notice will be sent to your email box.

2.Login, complete the on-line application and submit after confirmation.

3.Pay full tuition fees and upload your payment proof.

4.SJTU LEC ISS will authorize you to select course after receiving your payment proof in three working days.
