背景介绍
Bromodomains function as acetyl-lysine binding domains, and bromodomain/ acetyl-lysine recognition can regulate histone modification, DNA replications, chromatin remodeling, and gene transcription.
产品介绍
The BET Bromodomain Ligand is peptide histone H4 (1-21), acetylated at lysine 5, 8, 12 and 16. It contains a C-terminal GG linker, followed by a biotinylated Lys. This peptide is suitable for use as a ligand for several bromodomains including members of the BET bromodomain family: BRD2, BRD3, BRD4, and BRDT. It also binds to several other bromodomains which are not included in the BET bromodomain family.
