背景介绍 CAMKIγ (CLICK-III), a member of CAMK family, is a novel membrane-anchored neuronal Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase. Full activation of CaMKIγ requires both Ca(2+)/CaM and phosphorylation by CAMKK.
