背景介绍 ROR1 is a glycosylated type I membrane protein that belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors that play a role in the control of most basic cellular processes including cell proliferation, differentiation, migration and metabolism (1). Many human breast cancers express the ROR1 protein and high-level expression of ROR1 in breast adenocarcinoma is associated with aggressive disease.
