The "Zhaoyang Red" 2023 Annual Summary Meeting and 2024 New Year's Annual Meeting were successfully held.

As the cold winter fades away and the starry sky remains ever bright, at the end and beginning of the year, after going through countless trials, on February 2nd, 2024, Zhaotong Chaoyue Agriculture Co., Ltd. held its 2023 annual meeting. The company's chairman, Wen Lianqing, general manager Li Bingwei, executive vice general manager and trade union chairman Zhang Zhongwei, vice general manager in charge of the sorting center Zhang Tianfeng, and the leader in charge of the planting center Wang Xingpeng attended the meeting. In the first stage of the meeting, each center gave a work report in turn, reviewing and summarizing the completion of work in 2023, deeply analyzing the shortcomings and weaknesses, and planning and proposing the work goals, priorities and measures for 2024.
Manager Zhou Xinglin of the Comprehensive Center presented the 2023 work summary and the 2024 work plan. Manager Zhou Xinglin reported on the work situation of the Comprehensive Center in 2023: establishing and improving the rules and regulations, sorting out the work processes, completing the construction of the trade union organization, carrying out trade union activities, completing the establishment of the "Wumeng Craftsman" innovation studio alliance of Li Bingwei and Lu Xingkai, the ethnic unity creation work passed the municipal, provincial and National Commission for Ethnic Affairs' inspection, launching a special campaign against food waste in the cafeteria, proposing suggestions for cafeteria management plans, doing a good job in employee accommodation arrangement and dormitory management services, and completing the company's daily reception and major reception work such as the live broadcast of "Harvest Scroll" and the China (Zhaotong) Apple Industry Brand Conference. He emphasized, "Looking back on the past, there is no glory that can be waited for, only brilliance that can be achieved through hard work. We must be down-to-earth, and the planning of development and the setting of goals should respect reality and follow the laws. We must avoid empty talk and paper talk. Wang Xingpeng, the head of the planting center, made a report on the work summary of 2023 and the work plan for 2024. Wang Xingpeng reported on the work situation of the planting center in 2023: A total of 28,247 tons were picked in the 2023 production season, including 28,066 tons of apples and 181 tons of cherries. In terms of production proportion, the highest proportion was 15% in the fifth district, and the lowest was 3% in the fourth district. Districts 7, 8, and 9 were planted in 2020 and are considered potential stocks. He also mentioned the existing problems in the planting sector: difficulty in finding workers, poor execution of techniques, and heavy harvesting tasks. He emphasized that in 2024, the center will strengthen personnel management, agricultural machinery management, cost management, tree condition management, and safety management in the base, improve the center's system, and establish an empowering and tiered management team to ensure the achievement of the company's annual development goals.
Manager Chen Yanqiu of the Sales Department presented the 2023 work summary and the 2024 work plan. Firstly, she reported on the sales situation of apples, cherries, trade fairs, sales analysis of Douyin Mall and Youzan Mall. She also presented the work plan of the Marketing Department: "To enhance brand awareness and market share in the market, increase sales and profits, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, optimize the sales team, and improve the work processes and systems of the Marketing Department. Strengthen the management and supervision of the Marketing Department, improve the efficiency, quality and innovation ability of the Marketing Department, and enhance its crisis response capability. Intensify market research and analysis to increase the department's market sensitivity and adaptability." She emphasized, "Every employee is a vanguard, every apple is the main battlefield. Deputy General Manager Zhang Tianfeng of the Sorting Center reported on the processing volume of apples and cherries, water and electricity consumption, equipment utilization rate, efficiency of temporary workers, and the completion of work by each department of the Sorting Center in 2023. He also analyzed the shortcomings and proposed rectification measures. He emphasized that in 2024, the company will strengthen the training on system norms, closely adhere to the three major work goals of "supply guarantee, quality guarantee, and cost control", improve the center's system, and establish an enabling and echelon management team to ensure the achievement of the company's annual development goals.
Manager An Jiamei of the Finance Center presented the 2023 work summary and the 2024 work plan. All the staff of the Finance Center have been adhering to the overall situation of the company's development, guided by the company's development perspective, taking the service concept as the core of their work, and using the establishment and improvement of financial systems and the scientific allocation of company resources as the means of their work. Manager Hou Xiangjie of the Zhaoyanghong Research Institute summarized the work of 2023 from seven aspects: variety planting situation, horticultural work and tree shape cultivation, fertilizer and water management and tree vigor analysis, plant protection work and occurrence of pests, diseases, weeds and rodents, harvesting work and fruit quality situation, and participation in scientific and technological projects to carry out innovative experimental demonstrations. He made a comprehensive report. He emphasized that we should take the active development of scientific and technological projects as the lead, open up new planting, establish a variety database, improve the physiological characteristics and fruit quality data of 118 varieties in the variety garden, shape product advantages, and rejuvenate new vitality!
General Manager Li Bingwei presented the 2023 work summary and 2024 work plan of Zhaotong Chaoyue Agriculture Co., Ltd. First, he reported on the completion of five major tasks in 2023: field production, factory processing, sales, comprehensive finance, and brand promotion. He improved key management work, clarified the company's future development strategy, optimized the organizational structure, enhanced financial value, and laid out systematic projects such as marketing channels, brand positioning, operation strategies, and business models.
