Hydraulic Press

Hydraulic technology has been developed for over 100 years and has become an important technology that influences modern machinery equipment. In addition, hydraulic press has also been essential for applications of pressing process and pressing forming process in industrial production, which takes liquid as the working medium, makes use of the pressure energy from hydraulic oils and the static pressure to perform pressing and forming. This process is generally divided into such stages as fast pressing, slow pressing, master cylinder pressure-holding, slow speed before mold opening, return stroke, etc., each of which requires different working pressure and flow, therefore, a higher requirement must be met on the control feedback by the motor and the drive.

Program overview

· Maintain the original control logic between combined pumps and split casing pumps;
· During the processing cycle, the computer used on the hydraulic press judges process conditions according to input signals and takes corresponding actions; and in view of different process conditions, outputs pressure and flow signals (or 485 communication output) to the drive based on analog quantity, enabling the pressure and flow outputted by the hydraulic servo system to precisely match the actual demand；
· Use the drive to dynamically control output flow of oil pumps to avoid high-pressure overflowing during the pressure holding, so as to avoid energy waste and oil temperature rising；
· Connect the position ruler (or electronic ruler) to the computer used on the hydraulic press to achieve position closed-loop, high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy;
· Set various operating parameters through external HMI to display system abnormalities and alarm information.
