Starter: Autumn Moon® Pear & Mint Chilled Soup
Total Time: About 10 minutes Yield: Starter portion for 2–3 people
Ingredients:

Autumn Moon® pear (peeled, cored, chopped) / 1 pc

Cucumber (seeded, chopped) – 1/2 pc

Fresh ginger (grated) – 1/2 tsp

Cold water or coconut water – 100 ml

Fresh mint leaves / leaves

Salt – 1 / pinch

Ice cubes – as needed

Steps:

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender.


Step 2

Add cold water/coconut water and blend until smooth.


Step 3

Taste and adjust. Add ice and blend again if desired.


Step 4

Serve chilled in small bowls. Garnish with a pear slice or mint.
