Technical principle

赛陆空间转录组芯片用于mRNA捕获和空间定位,芯片表面通过杂交扩增的形式种植着高密度探针簇,探针簇由随机生成的空间条形码序列SBC、UMI序列和Poly                T序列等核心序列组成。最后,通过解析空间条码序列与坐标位置的映射关系,得到带有序列信息的空间转录组芯片。芯片上随机排布数以千万计的捕获点,每个捕获点上种植着密集的捕获探针,在组织样本透化时,通过Poly                T序列进行mRNA捕获。
