Bafang Telecom Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997 with a registered capital of 352.25 million yuan. Its headquarters is located in Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City. After 27 years of rapid development, Bafang Telecom has become a comprehensive national high-tech group enterprise that focuses on supporting the development of the communication industry as its main business, while also developing in various fields such as real estate development and steel structure manufacturing. Subsidiary companies include Telecommunications Engineering, Tower Engineering, and Huiwang Industrial. Having the first level qualification for general contracting of communication engineering construction, the second level qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction, the second level qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction, the second level qualification for professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering, the second level qualification for professional contracting of waterproof, anti-corrosion and insulation engineering, the second level qualification for professional contracting of building decoration engineering, the second level qualification for professional contracting of steel structure engineering, the second level qualification for professional contracting of urban and road lighting engineering, the fourth level qualification for license for installation (repair, testing) of power facilities, and the qualification for construction labor services without classification. It is currently one of the rapidly developing communication network equipment and solution providers in China.

The group company has accumulated 293 national patents, including 11 invention patents. Located in Changle Village, Jingshan Town, Jingshan Production Base serves as the main production base for physical manufacturing, research and development, and production of Bafang Telecom Group, focusing on the communication industry sector. The Iron Tower Engineering Branch is located here, and its products mainly include communication base stations, steel structure manufacturing, etc. The branch company continuously introduces new equipment and processes, enhances its advantages in traditional industries, integrates resources, and builds an advanced manufacturing base.

The Telecommunications Engineering Branch is located in Xixi Bafangcheng, Wuchang Street. Its main business scope includes comprehensive maintenance of communication networks, network optimization, installation of various communication equipment (mobile base stations, indoor distribution, switching, transmission, power supply, access, etc.) and pipeline engineering construction, communication room renovation, intelligent building comprehensive cabling and system installation, third-party acceptance, etc. The market share and user satisfaction are constantly increasing, and the comprehensive strength and core competitiveness of the enterprise are gradually strengthening.

Xixi Bafang City is developed under the leadership of Hangzhou Huiwang Industrial Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the group company. As the headquarters office of Bafang Telecom Group, it undertakes the functions of overall organization, command, management, promotion, and service of the group company. Xixi Bafang City is surrounded by 12 L-shaped buildings with alternating layouts of stone island red stone facades and glass curtain walls, with a total construction area of 400000 square meters. Among them, four Grade A commercial and office buildings with a total construction area of approximately 120000 square meters, namely 8 #, 9 #, 11 #, and 12 #, gather international resources and integrate residential, office, sports and other functional themes.

The cultural and sports park under construction by the group company serves as the strongest supporting facility for Xixi Bafang City, with a land area of 15000 square meters and a total construction area of 56000 square meters. It achieves a perfect organic connection with Xixi Bafang City through the riverside greenway and landscape trail. The Xujiawan Port Riverside Embedded Sports Park covers a total area of 17000 square meters.
