Founded in 1967, GI PICCO'S Cosmetics is located in Milan, Italy. With unique techniques and processes such as multi-color patterns, three-dimensional powders, baked powders, and compact powders, it has become a globally renowned high-end cosmetics manufacturer and service provider for brands like Estée Lauder and Lancôme. OFFICE Group has reached an agreement with GI PICCO'S by introducing a cooperative model in the Chinese OEM market, facilitating the placement of research and development personnel and sharing of certain formulas.
