NeZha Smart Port & Shipping Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a pilot enterprise for technology mixed reform established through new means by the Shanghai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd., as part of the "Three-Year Action Plan for State-owned Enterprise Reform", with a registered capital of 76.667 million yuan. Since its establishment over two years ago, the company has obtained important qualifications such as software enterprise, high-tech enterprise, scientific and technological innovation enterprise, and port-based specialized and innovative enterprise.

As a comprehensive provider of solutions for digital transformation in the port and shipping supply chain, Nezha Technology is committed to the overall digital transformation of smart ports, smart shipping, and smart supply chains, steadily building the "SMART" series of products. The company has independently developed a fully automated container terminal intelligent operating system, known as "I-TOS", which possesses full independent intellectual property rights. This "Chinese chip" has been installed at the Shanghai Yangshan Phase IV terminal, the world's largest and most fully automated terminal. This breakthrough in the long-standing bottleneck of key core technology monopolized by foreign countries has achieved domestic substitution and has been successfully selected as a special project of the Ministry of Science and Technology's "National Key R&D Program". Moreover, the I-TOS product has successfully been exported to the new port of Haifa, Israel, becoming a successful case of exporting smart port technology solutions from developing countries to developed countries. It is also a landmark project of the "Belt and Road" initiative in the Mediterranean region.

Nezha Technology continues to expand its domestic and international business. Its domestic business has gradually extended from the Shanghai Port to the Yangtze River Basin, the Bohai Rim region, and the Beibu Gulf region. Its products have covered more than 60 cities in China. Its international business has extended to important ports along the "Belt and Road", such as Israel and Brunei.
The company is deeply engaged in national, provincial and ministerial key R&D projects, successfully applied to undertake the major project of "New Generation Artificial Intelligence" in "Science and Technology Innovation 2030" initiated by the Ministry of Science and Technology, took the lead and undertook the key core technology tasks requested by the Ministry of Transport, and jointly undertook R&D work of the first batch of intelligent transportation application pilot projects launched by the Ministry of Transport. The company's multiple research achievements have won the special prize of the Science and Technology Award of the China Ports Association and the Gold Award of the China Association of Inventions.
