Brief Introduction
Nezha Intelligent Terminal Optimized Solution(I-TOS) is a safe, reliable, intelligent and efficient automatic operation management system built by the company’s core technologies and the concept of "Chinese core, Chinese manufacturing, Chinese brand, Chinese standard and Chinese services".
I-TOS takes the four subsystems of information management, production planning, equipment scheduling, process control and monitoring as the core module. Through the intelligent operation interaction and the intelligent planning model and algorithm embedded in the operating system, ITOS can carry out real-time scheduling of various production facilities and equipment, unmanned production, automatic data flow and intelligent production process of the container terminal. In addition to the newly-built automated terminal, ITOS is also suitable for the automatic transformation of traditional terminals.

Fully Automated Terminal Operating System
Yangshan Phase IV automated terminal was opened for trial operation on December 10, 2017. It is located to the south of Donghai Bridge and on the westernmost part of Yangshan Deep-water Port, and sits on the reclaimed land from the sea, with a total land area of 2.23 million m2. Yangshan Phase IV automated terminal has 7 container berths, with a quay length of 2350 meters and average water depth of 15.5 meters at the wharf apron. The designed annual throughput is 6.3 million TEU.
